Biggest Corporate Lessons you should learn

There are various points which I have experienced in corporate world:-

1. Always try to do things that other people are not interested and try to showcase to leads.
2. Never say no attitude will save you in your tough time in your company as that time your colleagues and leads will help you as you did the same previously.
3. Never provide KT to any other employee or colleagues like a stupid cat as this can finish your dependency.
4. Always took part in discussions around as this can maintain your presence ( JO DIKHTA HAI WO BIKTA HAI).
5. Never plan leaves when all your colleagues are planning as this is the time you can become a start in front of your leads/managers.
6. In Indian corporate world if you are working after office hours even if you are not doing any productive work you are still a very good resource…It's a reality…!!!
7. If you are a fresher then try to make a mentor in between your leads and gain as much as knowledge you can.
8. To being honest in your team if you have completed any assigned work then ask for some other this will knowledge and dependency.
9. If you facing any challenges in your work that means you are learning.
10. If your manager is forcing you for doing any work it simply means he/she has no other option. …congratulations!!
11. Always document your incidents and achievements in your company as this will help you in moderation .
12. Never argument with your leads or colleagues if you are feeling something is wrong just present it with proper analysis and document it through mail
13. If people are talking nonsense about you then don't worry as they don't have much work or this could be their primary work.

For now I have only these points to mention but one most important thing is that if you are honest with your work then you will get benefits in long term….Best of luck..!!
